  • Daniel McCarthy

    Daniel McCarthy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Notre Dame. He received his law degree from The DePaul College of Law and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. Daniel is also an active member of the The Illinois Trial Lawyer’s Association. Daniel has written extensively on the subject of Structured Settlements and has been published in multiple outlets. Daniel is the Managing Partner for Waterville Advisors.

  • B.J. Etscheid

    B.J. Etscheid received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in Champaign. B.J. has a strong background in the financial services industry. B.J. founded the Chicago office of Waterville Advisors and uses his background and expertise to represent some of the top personal injury firms in the country.

  • Paul Jacobs

    Paul Jacobs received his Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to working for Waterville, he worked as both a defense attorney and as a plaintiff’s attorney handling complex liability cases. Paul is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

  • Nicki McNally

    Nicki McNally received her Bachelor of Science degree in Cell & Structural Biology from the University of Illinois.She received her M.B.A. from Indiana University. Nicki manages the Waterville Indianapolis office and works closely with members of the Indiana Plaintiff’s Bar.

  • Andrew Prindable

    Andrew Prindable received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Miami (Ohio) University. He received his law degree from DePaul University, and gained admittance to the Illinois Bar. Andrew is also an active member of The Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Chicago Bar Association.

  • Dominique Rogers

    Dom Rogers received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from DePaul University. Before joining the Waterville team, Dom worked for a personal injury law firm in downtown Chicago as a clerk. Dom is currently attending law school in the evening at the Chicago Kent School of Law.

  • Ryan Power

    Ryan Power received his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining Waterville, Ryan worked as a clerk and researcher in a Chicago Law firm.  More recently, Ryan obtained his C.S.S.C. (Certification in Structured Settlement Consulting) through the University of Notre Dame September of 2017.

  • Salvatore Salvato

    Sal Salvato received his Bachelor of Arts degree in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Dayton. Before joining the Waterville Team, Sal worked as a Certified Financial Advisor for three years, where he obtained both his Series 7 and 66 Licenses. Currently, Sal is attending law school in the evening at The John Marshall Law School.

  • Serina Bryant

    Serina Bryant has been working in the structured settlement industry since 2003.  She earned the prestigious Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation from the National Structured Settlement Trade Association through the University of Notre Dame in 2010.  As the Director of Operations, Serina’s responsibilities include working alongside brokers to run structured settlement plans unique to each individual client,  drafting settlement documents, performing file reviews and interfacing with clients after contracts have been issued.

  • Kim Collins

    Kim Collins received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.  Kim has worked in the Structured Settlement Industry since 2006.  On a day to day basis, she works extensively in the quoting process, preparation of settlement documents as well as contract administration.

  • Casey Allen

    Casey Allen received her bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.  She joined Waterville Advisors in 2017 focusing on post settlement services for our clients and annuitants.
