Daniel McCarthy
Daniel McCarthy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he is currently a member of the University’s Cavanagh Council. He received his law degree from The DePaul College of Law and is a member of the Illinois Bar. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. He is past chairman of the Legislative and Regulation Committee for the National Structured Settlement Trade Association in Washington, D.C., and currently serves on the board of the American Association of Settlement Consultants.

Nicki McNally
Nicki McNally received her Bachelor of Science degree in Cell & Structural Biology from the University of Illinois.She received her M.B.A. from Indiana University. Nicki manages the Waterville Indianapolis office and works closely with members of the Indiana Plaintiff’s Bar.

Paul Jacobs
Paul Jacobs received his Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to working for Waterville, he worked as both a defense attorney and as a plaintiff’s attorney handling complex liability cases. Paul is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Joshua R. Hickey
Joshua R. Hickey received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics from Stonehill College in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to working at Waterville, he worked for a neighboring structured settlement brokerage firm specializing in complex medical malpractice cases. Joshua has been an active supporter of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Chicago Bar Association since he joined the industry in 2016.

Kim Collins
Kim Collins received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Kim has worked in the Structured Settlement Industry since 2006. On a day to day basis, she works extensively in the quoting process, preparation of settlement documents as well as contract administration.
